Terms of use
Last updated: 15 September 2025
Welcome. These are the rules for using the Unrealfund website and services, written in plain English. By using our site, you agree to them.
Who we are
This site is run by Datoselskabet af 06.06.2025 ApS (we call ourselves "Unrealfund"). Our company registration (CVR) number is 45669874, and we're based at Store Kongensgade 82, 3., 1264 København K, Denmark. You can reach us any time at contact@unrealfund.com.
Using our site
You need to be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement. Please use the site honestly, and don't try to break, misuse or disrupt it.
Programmes and funding
We choose who joins our programmes and which companies we back. Getting in touch is always welcome, but it doesn't guarantee a place or an investment — those decisions are ours to make.
Ideas and materials you send us
If we haven't signed a confidentiality agreement (an NDA) with you first, please assume that anything you send us is not treated as secret. So don't share confidential information without an NDA in place. If you give us feedback or suggestions, we're free to use them without owing you anything.
Our content is information, not advice
Everything on this site is for general information. It isn't investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and you shouldn't treat it as such. Always talk to a qualified professional before making important decisions.
The site is provided "as is"
We work hard to keep the site useful, accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be perfect, error-free or uninterrupted.
If something goes wrong
We're responsible for what the law says we must be, but our overall responsibility to you is limited. The most we would owe you is whatever you paid us in the previous 12 months, or EUR 100 — whichever is higher. If you're a consumer, your rights under Danish law still fully apply.
Ending things
You can stop using our site or services at any time, and so can we. A few parts of these terms — like the sections on the ideas you send us and on responsibility — keep applying even after you stop.
Which law applies
These terms follow Danish law, and any dispute goes to the courts in Copenhagen. If you're a consumer, the protections you have where you live still count.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
