What we collect

When you contact us or sign up — things like your name, email, company and message when you fill in a form (for example to introduce your company, join an event, or simply get in touch).

Automatically, as you browse — basic, mostly anonymous data about how the site is used, such as the pages you visit, your rough location (country level) and the kind of device you're on. This helps us see what's useful and fix what isn't.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and follow up on what you asked.
• To run our programmes, events and services.
• To improve the website and our content.
• With your permission, to send you the occasional founder insight or update. You can unsubscribe any time.

We only use your information where the law allows it — usually because you've asked us to do something, because you've given your consent, or because we have a genuine business reason that doesn't override your rights.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to make the site work, and — only if you agree — we count which pages get read. We ask before counting, and you can change your answer whenever you like on our cookie page. We don't use cookies to advertise to you or to sell your data.

Who we share it with

We share information only with trusted providers who help us run things — for example email and hosting. They can only use it to do that job. Our website measurement is not one of them: we run it ourselves and it goes to no one else. We never sell your personal information.

Where it's kept

We keep your information secure. Some of our providers may store data outside the EU; when that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it — then we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

You're in control of your information. You can ask us to:

• show you the data we hold about you,
• correct anything that's wrong,
• delete it,
• limit or object to how we use it, or
• send it to you or another provider.

Just email contact@unrealfund.com and we'll sort it out. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also contact the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

Children

This site is meant for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the "last updated" date at the top.
